Surcharge :

•	Surcharge of RM50.00 nett per room per night is applicable during weekends (Friday & Saturday) Malaysian School Holidays, eve of and on Malaysian Public Holidays as shown below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

•	All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia
•	Wherever rates quoted ++, rates are subject to additional 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
•	Wherever rates quoted nett, rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
•	Surcharge of RM 50.00 nett per room per night is applicable during weekends (Friday & Saturday) and Peak Period as shown below.
•	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM60.00 ++ per bed per night with 1 breakfast.
•	No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 3.00 pm
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Low Period
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 4 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak Period
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Weekdays : RM150.00 nett per person

Weekends (Saturdays & Sundays), Eve of & Public Holidays : RM200.00 nett per person.

Fees includes : 18 holes play, twin sharing buggy, insurance and 5% tax.

Golf Club is closed on Mondays
