Traditional herbal massage has always been associated with helping the body rid itself of illnesses, while restoring and ensuring continuous good health. Its proven curing powers have been prevalent from ancient Rome to China, and from Egypt to Indonesia, dating back to AD 800 - 900. Images of aromatic essential oils and rhythmic movements have been recorded from these times, proving their usage and effectiveness in maintaining good health.

Indulge in our signature massage. Its begins with the gentle stretching style of Thai massage followed by the relaxing and gentle palm strokes of Balinese massage intermix with the Malaysia Traditional massage and using your choice of our blended essential oils to suit your mood and finishing with the “no hands” Hawaiian loami-loami to completely relax and de-stress your entire body and mind.

The Samsara Touch - RM170.00++

Experience the twin benefits of a Balinese massage combining stretching, palm and thumb pressure techniques and rolling strokes with specially blended essential oils to improve blood flow and ease stress. A relaxing foot massage to remove any blockage of the meridian lines linked to the feet is included.

Samsara Thai

This massage is described as 'Yoga Massage' for its stretching and bending movements. This is ideal for anyone who desires increased energy flow and flexibility.

Samsara Thai Herbal - RM270.00++
(1 hour and 30 minutes)
This treatment starts with a traditional Thai massage. A steamed pouch of lime leaves, lemon grass and other Thai herbs is then gently pressed along the meridians of the body. This exotic and relaxing treatment increases circulation and energy flow, removes toxins from the muscles, reduces water retention, and increases joint and spine flexibility.

The art of traditional Malay massage is passed on from generation to generation. This technique involves long kneading strokes on the muscles as pressure is applied to various points of the body. Coconuts help to get rid of heat in the head as its conditions the hair, enhancing its luste and colour with specially blended coconut milk. Samsara Kelapa is an ideal add-on to any massage or body treatment.

Samsara Hibiscus - RM110.00++

This traditional hair treatment entails a wash made out of fresh hibiscus leaves that contains a cooling sap which is an elixir for heavy heads. It has been used by the Balinese throughout ancient time.

Facial

Pamper your hands with a gentle massage on your delicate palm and fingers. Cuticle softening, trimming, nails shaping, filling and buffing follows. Just pick the nail polish colour of your choice.

Relax your feet in a warm soak as dry skin and callouses are sloughed, cuticles are gently pushed and trimmed, toenail shaped and filed and gentle creams applied. Finish off with a swoosh of your choice of nail varnish.

Samsara Extravaganza

Samsara Royal Special - (2 hours) - RM330.00++
Enjoy a traditional Javanese Lulur body scrub. A splash of yogurt smoothes and refines your skin, followed with an ancient hair treatment for a boost of shine moisture. Lastly we end this treatment with a Balinese massage with your choice of essential oils.

Samsara Royal White - (1 hour and 30 minutes) - RM330.00++
Relax in a glorious warm foaming milk bath; enjoy an ancient hair treatment of your choice; Coconut Milk or Hibiscus enzymes. To relief your stress we relax you with a traditional Balinese massage.

Samsara Royal Wrap - (2 hours) - RM350.00++
 Pick your choice of a Javanese Boreh or Fresh Tropical Fruit body wrap; a mixture of ancient healing ingredients; fresh herbs and grounded spices or fresh tropical fruit puree to wrap your body. We pamper you with a warm local floral bath with essential oil. End your treatments with a relaxing Balinese massage to improve your blood flow.

Samsara Royal Spices - (2 hours and 30 minutes) - RM380.00++
Experience a gentle scrub with our Royal Javanese Lulur scrub of powdered spices, herbs and sweet wood to soften and refine your skin, followed with a splash of yoghurt to smoothen your skin as you enjoy a choice of our home made hair treatment to revitalize and soften your hair. Free your mind; relax with a glorious soak in a foaming milk bath. This indulgent treatment finished off with a relaxing traditional Balinese massage to ease your stress.

Samsara Herbal Steam Treatment

Samsara Spa has expanded their spa menu of traditional body massage and treatments by adding new treatments using traditional herbal steam.

Steaming has long been used for getting rid of certain ailments and for general well being as it relaxes body muscles and rid the body of toxins.

There is a variety of different herbal combination to treat different ailments. Generally, the steaming process would ease muscle aches, improve blood circulation and even aid in burning unwanted body fat. It also helps in alleviating coughs and colds.

At Samsara Spa a special traditional steam treatment is put together especially for ladies. This process is specially for female hygiene as it stop any excessive discharge and has a cleansing effect thus eliminating any unpleasant odour and also has a thighening effect.

Other steam treatments are available for :

1) Before and After pregnancy.
2) Slimming
3) Stress relieving and relaxation
4) Warming the body and expel excessive wind (gas).


The actual steaming process is done with individual steaming modules thereby ensuring total privacy. Each treatment will last approximately 20 minutes and is normally followed with a relaxing traditional aromatherapy massage and body scrub or body wrap.

Reservations :
We recommend advanced booking prior to your arrival to secure your preferred date and time of treatment

Arrival :
Please arrive early (15 minutes prior to appointed time) as our policy is to end treatment on time so that the next guest who arrives on time is not inconvenienced

Opening hours :
- Fri, Sat and Public Holiday : 9.30am – 11.00pm; Sun to Thurs: 11.00am – 11.00pm
- Last Call 22.45. For arrivals after 23.00 a 50% surcharge applies.

Special considerations :
Please notify our therapist or the reception upon arrival if you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy, skin allergies, dermatological peeling or other conditions

Spa attire :
Most body treatment is enjoyed without clothing, but wear what is comfortable to you. All our therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel discreetly over areas of the body not involved with treatment and to protect your privacy at all times

Valuables :
A locker is provided but we recommend that no jewelry be worn at the spa. The management accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises

Cancellation policy :
A cancellation notice of 24 hours is required so that we can reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation with less than 3 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Full charges will be imposed for a "no show"

Payment :
We accept cash and major credit cards. Resort guests may sign for spa charges to their room account. All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and are subject to applicable Government Taxes.
